This kit comes with 14 rolls, each with 1000-label per roll, of individual allergen labels from codes RA-CEL11R through RA-TRE11R.
These labels measure 25mm x 25mm (1" x 1"). This kit also comes with 1, roll with 1000-label per roll of the "Allergen Alert" labels that measure 50mm x 50mm (2" x 2") and have the code RALRG22R.
What’s your legal responsibility as a foodservice provider?
To protect customers from foodborne illnesses and allergies, UK law requires foodservice operations to label with full ingredient lists and clear allergen labelling on prepacked for direct sale (PPDS) foods. This list of the most potent, prevalent allergens includes celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and tree nuts.
